not sure what hurricane hannah will do for us in Nova Scotia. In Florida the waves right now are huge. Here's a Burry photo from the Cocoa Beach pier at sunrise today. If you've ever surfed the pier you know it rarely looks like this.

Got out of DC yesterday in time to avoid the weather. After a week of that type of work, I can't wait to slip back into the water and wash off some of the yuck. I watched the multiple storm tracks all week with interest however, and thought of you every time I tuned into the weather channel.
