home brew + winter quiver 09

India Pale Ale - 6 day primary fermentation, 15 day secondary fermantation. alcohol content around 6.5%. seems to be getting better after 4 weeks in the bottle. not as sharp and hoppy as Propeller but definitely an IPA. good at room temperature too.

Solid, on both counts.

Hopefully this week I can make up for water time missed last week, does it even work that way?

lovely colors, but the m16 is a little scary. You're not one of those 'heavy locals' are you :D

Lawmang: I think once you've missed them they are gone.

Eef: no definitely not a heavy local. I've moved around so much that I'm always a transplant. and the gun, well my wife (then girlfriend) had control of the art direction. it was 2003. I think it was a pun on the pink mini-gun, machine gun, and slimmy war that America was/is running in the mid-East.

funy how people choose sides when they see a pink boaord. they either love it or hate it

inspirational all round. nothing like a well-crafted beer and a well thought out quiver to get one through autumn. cheers.
